Text XP
Eligible messages earn XP after the configured cooldown. Very short messages, bots, webhooks and excluded channels are ignored.

Voice XP
Voice activity earns XP at the configured interval and daily cap. Deafened, server-muted and AFK members do not earn voice XP.
Reaction XP
The message author and reacting member can both earn XP. Self-reactions, bot messages, old messages and excluded channels do not count. Removing the final reaction reverses the award.
Ranks
Mousekeeper automatically assigns the highest level role earned and removes lower level roles while leaving unrelated guild roles untouched.

Guild birthdays
Signed-in guild members can save a day and month without providing a birth year, view upcoming birthdays and edit or remove their own entry. Officers can manage entries and configure the announcement channel and time.
Retail Mythic+
Guild M+ leaderboard
Signed-in guild members can view a character-based current-season leaderboard. Mousekeeper imports the Retail guild roster and refreshes scores automatically from Raider.IO without Discord character linking.

Warcraft Logs attendance
Officers can import public Warcraft Logs reports, link characters to Discord members and review rolling 14-day attendance. The live roster follows the Discord Raider role.

Access and privacy
Built only for Mouse Turn Specialists
Public information pages may be viewed without signing in. Member information such as birthdays requires a Discord login and current server membership. Officer pages additionally require the Guild Leader or Officer role, checked against Discord on protected requests.
Birthday years are never requested or stored. When a member leaves, Mousekeeper removes their active XP, birthday and current raid links according to the guild’s configured cleanup rules.
